1. What are your SHIPPING rates
You can choose between $10.95 Standard post (delivery within 3 to 10 business days) This is a flat rate charges no matter how large your order is.
PLEASE NOTE; We have 3 different types of product status...
INSTOCK NOW! - this means the stock is in our warehouse.
DELIVERED IN 7 DAYS - this means that we are low on stock of this particular item & the stock has been ordered or is in transit from our supplier.
PRE-ORDER NOW - this means that we have a new line coming which you can pre-order to ensure you get the product as soon as we get it.
The above 3 status are clearly marked underneath each product on our website.
2. Can you post my order today?
Yes we can for all "InStock" Items! All orders placed before 2.00pm Brisbane time between Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be posted on the same day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be posted first thing on Monday. Service excludes public holidays.
3. Can I pick up my item or arrange my own courier?
Yes, pick-ups are available from our warehouse at unit 8/33 Dominions Drive, Ashmore, Queensland. Mon - Friday 10am to 4pm.
4. Where will my order be posted from?
All items are posted from our Gold Coast warehouse.
5. My item did not arrive in time for the intended event, can I return it for an exchange or refund?
Yes, simply go to our refund page on our website & from there you will be guided through the process.
6. What postage services are available?
We only use Fastway & Australia Post Standard to deliver items. No other services are available.
7.Is postage insurance available?
We offer insurance at an additional $2.50 per $100 of goods.
8.Can I track my parcel?
You can track Australia Post/Fastway parcels within 24 hours from the time they are posted.
For all Australia Post parcels go to www.austpost.com.au were you can enter your tracking number..
For Fastway, go to www.fastway.com.au were you can enter your tracking number.
9. Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes, we can deliver to your workplace, home as well as to country and regional areas. If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace, a workplace name is required.
10.My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?
Parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted. You must ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
11.What if there is a delay with the arrival of the parcel?
There could be times that the delivery of our items are delayed, and this is mostly due to problems with the customs (i.e. a big box with all our supplies are being held up due to unknown reasons). In the event that this happens, we cannot discount the delayed items in your order, and we are not responsible for the unlikely event that your items are held in customs.
